samba mount: block device is write-protected,


hello, i have a question about samba, mount
i use vm, two rhel6

when i
mount -t cifs //192.168.0.220/RHEL /opt/ -o username=user1

error
mount: block device //192.168.0.220/RHEL is write-protected,
mounting read-only mount: cannot mount block device...

smb.conf
[RHEL]
comment=this is samba server
path=/samba
writeable=yes
browseable=yes

selinux, firewall ... is ok
i have did it all on another os and it successed, no this error

why ? is that my os's question ?
