red hat 9 kernel compilation


Hello all,
i would like to compile red hat 9 kernel 2.4.20-8.
i'm doing search work on google and right now downloading the kernel source from kernel.org.
........
could any one please fetch me with some links helpful with all this procedure.

It’s covered in the RHL9 “Red Hat Linux Customization Guide” ( http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/l.../custom-guide/ ) in Appendix A “Building a Custom Kernel” ( http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/l...om-kernel.html ).
