Pulseaudio not working quite right, audio not playing for 6 seconds makes audio stop working

Sometimes I would watch YouTube, but everytime I would watch a video it would just freeze on the first frame, try to load and just be stuck forever. I had this issue for atleast a week now, maximally went to the terminal and did "pulseaudio -k" to fix it. However I have been seeing how often pulseaudio crashes and i have in the slightest idea of what to do.
If i would simply do the "pulseaudio" command, I would get:
$ pulseaudio
E: [pulseaudio] pid.c: Daemon already running.
E: [pulseaudio] main.c: pa_pid_file_create() failed.
Pulseaudio -vv:
I: [pulseaudio] main.c: setrlimit(RLIMIT_NICE, (31, 31)) failed: Operation not permitted
I: [pulseaudio] main.c: setrlimit(RLIMIT_RTPRIO, (9, 9)) failed: Operation not permitted
D: [pulseaudio] core-rtclock.c: Timer slack is set to 50 us.
D: [pulseaudio] core-util.c: RealtimeKit worked.
I: [pulseaudio] core-util.c: Successfully gained nice level -11.
I: [pulseaudio] main.c: This is PulseAudio 16.1

D: [pulseaudio] main.c: Running in VM: no
D: [pulseaudio] main.c: Running from build tree: no
D: [pulseaudio] main.c: Optimized build: yes
D: [pulseaudio] main.c: All asserts enabled.
I: [pulseaudio] main.c: Machine ID is ff88e29f050d498fb9fe0e97837ffa9e.
I: [pulseaudio] main.c: Session ID is 1.
I: [pulseaudio] main.c: Using runtime directory /run/user/1000/pulse.
I: [pulseaudio] main.c: Using state directory /home/pavel/.config/pulse.
I: [pulseaudio] main.c: Using modules directory /usr/lib64/pulseaudio/modules.
I: [pulseaudio] main.c: Running in system mode: no
E: [pulseaudio] pid.c: Daemon already running.
E: [pulseaudio] main.c: pa_pid_file_create() failed.

Is there a way to make my audio work as i boot up my pc and i won't have to manually do "pulseaudio -k" and other stuff like that? I think it would be good enough if i fixed the crashing issue.

EDIT: Fixed pulseaudio by reinstalling Linux

Please use the code tags (\[code\] text here \[\/code\]) to bracket the text you paste here. It keeps things readable and formatted as seen on your screen (including keeping columns aligned).
Code:
$ ls
 20230611_085905.jpg              KEYDB.cfg
 Arduino                          KEYDB.update
 arrl                             KEYDB.update.out
Same thing without the code tags

$ ls
20230611_085905.jpg KEYDB.cfg
Arduino KEYDB.update
arrl KEYDB.update.out

Hi

We need more details.

How are you playing Youtube?...eg what web browser, what media player?

2) What is your main sound output to?
BT speakers or BT headphones
laptop speakers or laptop headphone socket
line out to some speakers for analog sound
hdmi out to some monitor or speaker system
some other audio out...eg optical

3) leaping ahead....if pulseaudio is playing up and you use a web brower
use
Code:
apulse <browser-exe-name>
Naturally you would need to install apulse if your distro does not have it pre-installed (likely)

but you may need to change the audio device.

If interested, I would need to see your
Code:
aplay -l
AND you still need to say what your sound device needs to be please
