porting of 32 bit application on 64 bit linux architecture


hii all
i am a new member in world of linux.
inow a days i am trying to port a 32 bit application on 64 bit architecture.
uname -->
Linux ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Jul 12 23:32:02 EDT 2006 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

i am getting problem in building flexlm(open source)

actually when i compiled flexlm on 32 bit architecture i got some warning there but when i compiled it on 64 bit architecture then the functions which were giving error they are showing error message.
error messages-->

error: conflicting types for 'TypeIndex'
