Network cannot restart successfully in CentOS 5 !!


Hi friends ,

I am using CentOS 5 in my machine . In this os, I can successfully add my IP address but when I restart the network service then I got the following
Error :

[root@mbmdb network-scripts]# service network restart
fgrep: ifcfg-ifcfg-eth0: No such file or directory
fgrep: ifcfg-ifcfg-eth0: No such file or directory
/etc/init.d/network: line 234: ifcfg-ifcfg-eth0: No such file or directory
Shutting down loopback interface: [ OK ]
Bringing up loopback interface: [ OK ]
fgrep: ifcfg-ifcfg-eth0: No such file or directory
fgrep: ifcfg-ifcfg-eth0: No such file or directory
fgrep: ifcfg-ifcfg-eth0: No such file or directory
egrep: ifcfg-ifcfg-eth0: No such file or directory
Bringing up interface ifcfg-eth0: ./ifup: configuration for ifcfg-eth0 not found.
Usage: ifup <device name>
[FAILED]

Would anybody plz tell me , how can I solve this problem ?

What have you got in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts ?
