need to solving a problem with update software?

Attachment 12638

Attachment 12639

Hope the community can see the icon attachment.

I click on the icon where it say update software. Once i did that, it pop up telling me that:

"The update information is outdated. This may be caused by network problems or by a repository that is no longer available."

The program is Ubuntu.

Is there some kind of information that can solve this problem ?
