...not my style dont worry...

One task at a time...that's odd, I recall there to be an odd distro that's just like that: one thing at a time...seems odd.
We may just have a mistery on our hands here. Allow me to do an experiment here: I'll set up a box with something (hmm, let's see, how about CrunchBang...okay, and I'll set up something pallatable: XFCE as desktop) and install BOINC on that box, just to see where I end up as far as the stats go...
Anyting I need to enter as values (never used BOINC before ) to simulate your situation?

Thor
Edit - wow, it wants me to attach to a project or something..."input, please"...

Starting point is the BOINC Program...

Well, believe it or not, but I had a box on stand-by and just set up BOINC...it's a pretty dated thing, so it should be great for the simulation...

Do you have an account with BOINC?
You need to keep the same username and password that BOINC recognizer.
If you are new, you'll see that option. Just remember to retain that login info.

P.S. - I'm helping on another forum right now so if I don't answer up immediately don't give up.
I'm still here. I'm just slow.

What you showed me is from the Event Log.

Check your C:\ProgramData\BOINC\projects

Is there a www.worldcommunitygrid.org folder?
