KTorrent Install Help... ./configure step fails. Prefix???

Hi. I was just trying to install KTorrent on my computer. Im Using the newest Simply Mepis and KDE 3.4 (and FluxBox)... I get an error in the ./configure step when I try to install KPackage from source... A Prefix Error. I'm pretty new to linux and I don't know what prefix means... Se the link below for the terminal output...

Try installing the kde-devel package.

You need to install kdelibs3-devel
and kdebase3-devel
