iptables messed up? Help!

Hello all,

I have these lines in my /etc/sysconfig/iptables:

Code:
# Firewall configuration written by system-config-firewall
# Manual customization of this file is not recommended.
*filter
:INPUT ACCEPT [0:0]
:FORWARD ACCEPT [0:0]
:OUTPUT ACCEPT [0:0]
-A INPUT -m state --state ESTABLISHED,RELATED -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -p icmp -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -i lo -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 22 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 22 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 80 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 3306 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 5080 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -m state --state NEW -m tcp -p tcp --dport 1935 -j ACCEPT
-A INPUT -j REJECT --reject-with icmp-host-prohibited
-A FORWARD -j REJECT --reject-with icmp-host-prohibited
COMMIT
When I try to connect via port 5080 using the browser. I always get "The connection was refused when attempting to contact xx.xx.xxx.xxx:5080"

Please help - why is this happening?

Thanks all

Are you connecting to localhost? If so, shouldn't the rule be the 'ESTABLISHED' state?

Do you have a service running behind port 5080 ?
