So I guess it's having a problem recognising your cd/dvd drive. Is there anything special about it? You could try a different installation CD or a live CD just to see if some distro is capable of recognising the CD/DVD or perhaps the HD. It may be a problem specific to RHEL.
cheers,
jdk
yep i tried different cd's too.in another forum they told me that may redhat 5 will not suit for my motherboard(INTEL DG33FB) and SATA hardisk too.
is it true?

It's possible. You can post that question in the Linux Distributions->Red Hat forum on this (linuxquestions) site.
Cheers,

Why, as a begginner, are you using RHEL? If this is an enterprise environment, contact Red Hat support, this is why you pay for it, after all.
In that first image, where is the problem? Which point is the error? You say it gets 'stuck'; what do you mean? It freezes? For how long do you leave it before getting stuck?
The second problem, as wabbalee asked, what driver is this for? I don't think it is having trouble accessing your CD drive, else it'd have as much trouble booting from it.
yep it freeze(prob 1) there . i tried by leavin it there for more than 15 mins. i had chosen RHEL coz now i'm going classes for it.In another forum i read that to insall rhel in intel DG33FB ,kernel version is updated in that installer CD.

I use centos instead. Centos forums could probably give you the help you need. All the distros have been have issues with the intel video drivers, though it should be resolved soon.
