Red Hat is used in a huge number of commercial and financial institutions, I can't see a valid reason for them to decide to change to a different OS which, as far as I know, doesn't support the applications they need to run.

Oh! Welcome to LinuxQuestions by the way!

Welcome to LQ,

The answer is clearly "no". Google OS is simply not complete enough to replace a major distro like Red Hat. Google OS aims at high-end users only. Mainly browsing the internet or very light office work. It does not have the tools to administor a system or do serious development work.

If you look around and see what Linux distros offer as packages you will see how different the structure itself of the Google OS is.

Cheers
