I am running SUSE Linus 9.2 my CDROM & floppy says unmounted

I am running SUSE Linus 9.2 on my home system. It's installed on an old HP with 13G harddrive running at 400MHZ. The CDROM & floppy says unmounted. When I searched the harddrive (in root) my CDROM and floppy was loccated under media. What do I need to do to get them mounted for all users? Thank you in advance.
