Go to the Download Linux page here at LQ (see the entry in the menu on the top-right) or check the official site of the Linux distribution of your choice. Did you encounter some specific problem while trying to download or is this a generic question?

What distro are you trying to download?
Pick a distro, download it, save it & burn as an image.
It appears you're using wins7 which has an image burner.
Go to downloads right-click on the iso select burn image
