Hello. I searched all over the internet how to make a distrubutor and I did not found. I found tools like Remastersys or Linux From Scratch (LFS), Reconstructor, but i do not want a simple backup utility.
I would be interested for example how does assemble Debian their operating system. What tools I need to do a distribution like Debian and not like Debian backup?

A video tutorial would be even better!
No idea what you're asking here...your question(s) are hard to follow. If you want a particular distribution, download it from their website, burn it to DVD, and boot from it to install. That's it. Works for Debian, Fedora, openSUSE, Ubuntu, etc.
There is no rule about what makes a distribution. If you are making your own OS for your own computer and you don't want to offer it to some target audience then it is not a disto. A distro tends to be some group of OS and apps and package management system that allows a target audience the use of your creation.
So, do you want to create some OS and group of applications for yourself only? Consider Gentoo maybe. Does it have to be debian? Might also look at susestudio and create your custom os.
If your background is in computer science and mathematics; I tip my hat to you.
If you have or you are working on you associates or bachelors degree in engineering I wish you the best.
My Os is Debian 6.0.5 code name: Squeeze. It's performance is sound, clear and very stable.
I am not sure how the developers assembled or even built it but I can tell you that they are exceptional people with degrees in the specialties as mentioned above.
