Help with new formatted WinXP/Linux Multiboot ...

Just wondering if I "borked" the installation (i'm completely new to linux). Had a perfectly fine XPsp3/Unbuntu 12.04 multiboot systems on two partitions of one drive using GRUB2 as bootloader.

I used linux terminal to copy grub to partition from the master boot record, then proceeded to truecrypt the entire drive under XP, overwriting the boot record.

Did I lose access to linux partition? Is there a simple way (no $$ utility) to use the XP boot system to point to grub on other partition or boot linux any way. Tried BCDedit, but supports only Vista/7.

Thank you,
