I am testing ubuntu 12.04 and it gives nice wallpaper and mouse and nothing more. Just mouse and wallpaper, do i need to wait? Or is my hardware problem?

You shouldn't need drivers. Wine and CrossOver both use the Linux drivers. If you don't understand how this works, just trust me, you don't need to install drivers in Wine.

For an aircard like you're describing, it's usually a crapshoot. However, Vodafone seems to have Linux drivers available, so I'd check that out.

Depends. How long has it been like that? I would say over 5 minutes and you have deeper problems.

I waited 2-3 minutes and then i just turn off and booted my windows 7

No, I think either something's wrong or it's just to heavy for your system. Give Lubuntu 14.04 or Zorin OS 9 Lite a try instead.
