Unhappy help booting windows on Suse 8.2 Grub bootloader

I am a little new to Linux I just installed Suse on my 3rd hard drive with Windows XP installed on hda. I have already looked through the forums and seeked help at suse.com with no luck. I don't want to have to reformat , I have alot of valuable information on my Windows drive. If anyone could help me out that would be great.
Running Suse 8.2
Windows XP hd0 NTFS
Linux Hd2 FAT 32
This is what is in my menu.lst file for Grub.

title windowsXP
root (hd0,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1
map-drive = 0x81
to = 0x80
table = (hd0,0)
