GD location

Hi all.

I have a problem with GD on my server. It seems like I cant enable/load it, and I got this message earlier today:

The GD extension isn't loaded.

I know that I have to write: --with-gd[DIR] to enable GD, but where is GD installed. How can I find the directory ? I have tried to search/list with yum, but I didn't get any directory. Please help me anyone

I am using Fedora Core 3, thanks in advance.
