You "browse" it with IE...how? Just by putting in the IP address of the server? Via "http://192.16.1.5", or "ftp://user
assword@192.16.1.5"?? If you're using http, and have indexing enabled, that's why you can see files. Otherwise, have you read your OTHER thread from March, where you asked about vsftp directory restrictions??
Did you even try to look up any of the VERY easily-found guides on vsftpd on Centos, and how to perform access restrictions?
