Force warcraft III to change resolution

I have a problem with Warcraft III, the game runs great and smooth, only I cant change the resolution to 16080*1050. I had the same problem when I played it in windows, fixed it with changing the registry, so how do I fix it on linux?

Is there a way to force a different resolution? (using Ubunto if that helps).

Thanks for reading, and for helping with all of my newbie questions =]
