Finishing Up

Hello LQ Comm.
I have a few questions that I've asked before but didn't get a response. Now they aren't just annoying, but are hindering me using Linux with out constantly tweaking.
1) I can't access my Linux partition or CDRom drives. I get Permission denied in Konquer. Thuner(sp?) doesn't seem to mind however and I can access from the prompt and MC.
2) I still have to type modprobe ndiswrapper and dhcpcd wlan0 everytime I boot up, can't I automate this?
3) Is there a program that will allow me to shift my partition sizes without starting over. I have a dual boot with XP and now that I'm starting to use Linux more, I've ran out of space on it and want to take from the XP drive
4) and if anyone has time, I keep getting a "svgalib: cant find /DEV/SVGA" error when I run my small gcc test program. The files are there and I get no errors compiling and building, just when running.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Ace

I would like to suggest you tackle your biggest problem first then work your way through the rest - one at a time. Make individual threads for each problem and list the problem in the title of the thread. Someone may have have a solution for your first problem but has no idea about the rest so he ignores the thread or does not mind recreating one problem but not four.
