fee hike of rhcsa and rhce exams

I heard a news that the exam fee of rhcsa+rhce exam will go up from 23000 inr to 30000+inr from march 2013 onwards. Is this info true or baseless?? Also my exam date is 27th february 2013.And i have paid the advance of 2000 inr and confirmed my slot. Can i postpone my exam date to another date??

Why not contact RedHat directly and ask them? They are the only one that can give you a definite answer.
