I am using ubuntu 18.04 recently I started getting a message when I booted up that reads
System Problem Detected
Do you want to report the problem? When I click on report it the message disappears but the next time I boot up the message is back again. I don't know if it is a serious problem or not.
I've had similar issues with Fedoras automatic reporting tool (ABRT) for years. I just disable it these days - If I have a problem I reckon needs reporting I raise a bug manually.
