elfutils-libelf-devel-0.97.1-5 for centOS

Is there any other ftp site than those below where I can download elfutils-libelf-devel-0.97.1-5 for centOS 5? Or any other source I can get the package

ftp://ftp.chg.ru - this site appears to be down..I am getting connection timed out errors
ftp://ftp.nluug.nl - This site gives 550 cannot change directory error
ftp://ftp-stud.fht-esslingen.de - This site also gives 550 error.

I need this package for installing oraccle database 11g on my CentOS host.

Thanks in advance for any information.

# yum install elfutils-libelf-devel
.. And you get this version : elfutils-libelf-devel-0.137-3.el5

I'd guess that the application asks for :
A version later than 0.97.1-5, or 0.97.1-5.

Unfortunately, the application insists on the older version 0.97. I did try installing elfutils-libelf-devel-0.137-3.el5, but did not meet the prerequisites of the application.

Thanks

'elfutils-libelf-devel-0.97.1-5' is an old version for CentOS 4 / RHEL4.

I'd guess there is a way to ignore it.
But why not as Oracle ? You are supposed to have a
support agreement / license to use Oracle database 11g.
