The Fedora installer will give you all the choices you need to partition the drive. Just starting out, it might be best to accpet its default setup.
You will have two basic options for installing the bootloader: mbr in the 1st hard drive or mbr on a floppy. If I recall correctly, I put Fedora in a similar setup with no problems.
Install Windows first, and then Fedora---just be sure to point the Fedora installer at the right drive......
