CUPS printing problem

Whenever I try to print anywhere but the web interface, I get the following error:

A print error occured. Error message received from system:

/usr/bin/lpr -P 'ComputerLab' '-#1' '/opt/kde/share/apps/kdeprint/testprint.ps' : execution failed with message:
Status Information, attempt 1 of 3: sending job 'enigx@enigx+599' to ComputerLab@localhost connecting to 'localhost', attempt 1 cannot open connection to localhost - No such file or directory Make sure the remote host supports the LPD protocol and accepts connections from this host and from non-privileged (>1023) ports Waiting 10 seconds before retry Status Information, attempt 2 of 3: sending job 'enigx@enigx+599' to ComputerLab@localhost connecting to 'localhost', attempt 1 cannot open connection to localhost - No such file or directory Make sure the remote host supports the LPD protocol and accepts connections from this host and from non-privileged (>1023) ports Waiting 10 seconds before retry sending job 'enigx@enigx+599' to ComputerLab@localhost connecting to 'localhost', attempt 1 cannot open connection to localhost - No such file or directory Make sure the remote host supports the LPD protocol and accepts connections from this host and from non-privileged (>1023) ports

That's question one, the other is I get a similar error when trying to connect to Samba on my computer, but moreso just a connection error. Is there something wrong with my loopback interface? It seemed fine..
*confused*

You should first configure CUPS/printer through a web browser by
localhost:631
once you did that the command to print is
lpr-cups /path/to/file
Ciao
