What would that help be ?
What have you done so far and what is the result ?

you have installation guides provided from cPanel directly:
- installation guides
- install cPanel & WHM
- install help forum

Just use google to search, then if some problem arises, please write the steps you have taken and what is the problem.
But cPanel is a payable software, they have their support, so contact them.

good luck
