First, sorry for such a long post, I have read through the forums and keep seeing people say to post your HTTPD.conf file so I am. I have a problem getting my server to execute cgi scripts, it is really annoying because all I get is the code. That is of course providing that I can even get the server to allow me to navigate to the cgi-bin folder to begin with. I do not know how to set it up so that it will go from my /var/www/html directory to the cgi-bin folder. It just keeps saying not found. somebody please help, and please DO NOT give me the RTFM or give me a link to the mmanual on my server, already been there, and already did what it said, no help.

ServerRoot "/etc/httpd"
#
# PidFile: The file in which the server should record its process
# identification number when it starts.
#
PidFile run/httpd.pid
#
# Timeout: The number of seconds before receives and sends time out.
#
Timeout 120
#
# KeepAlive: Whether or not to allow persistent connections (more than
# one request per connection). Set to "Off" to deactivate.
#
KeepAlive Off
#
# MaxKeepAliveRequests: The maximum number of requests to allow
# during a persistent connection. Set to 0 to allow an unlimited amount.
# We recommend you leave this number high, for maximum performance.
#
MaxKeepAliveRequests 100
#
# KeepAliveTimeout: Number of seconds to wait for the next request from the
# same client on the same connection.
