Booting in X

I have redhat 7.2 installed. When booting, it used to come up in graphical mode. I lost power and when the system now reboots, it comes up at a text based logon. Using startx works, but I would like x to automattically come up.

I tried the following:

id:3:initdefault: Replaced the "3" with "5" this setting has not changed yet x still does not launch.

Any ideas ??

Thanks

Smile Thank You -- KDM worked

Thank You, KDM did the trick. I also had to add the computer name and internet address to the etc/hosts file. i.e. m37 127.0.0.1

Thanks Again
