As root user login , need to create two users on linux vm with different display lang
Hello Everyone!
On linux virtual machine, as root user login I want to create two user's having different display language set.
For example: create one user having display language English and another user having display language say German.
So that when the user logs in to the machine, the session is displayed in their restive language.
The main objective is to create two userid on same system(one userid related to AMENG and another userid related to German) and both userid (session) show their respective languages.
Also,I have root access to this machine.
Please help me, I am new to linux OS and need to do this in very short time(in a day).
Immediate help would be great to me!!

First, we volunteer our time here...asking for "Immediate help" is pretty rude. Second...this sounds VERY much like a homework question...did you read the LQ rules regarding homework??
Since you're in a hurry to do your homework, have you checked Google?? Hint: look for "how to set user locales in Linux".
