Unhappy 'Operating System Missing'

OK, I have downloaded and burned Lycoris onto a CD, gone into the BIOS and set it to boot from CD. When it boots it says "Operating System Missing". What's wrong?

How did you burn the cd? You need to burn it as a cd image. Check the contents of the cd, if you just have a single file like "somedistro.iso", it won't work. You should have a full tree structure of directories and files on the burned cd.

I think I downloaded the wrong ISO, it was just one called 'update 4'. Can you recommend any mirror sites for the whole set of files reqired? Also, my CD burner doesn't directly burn ISO images... maybe I got that bit wrong...
