#whatis iptools2

Like the title says what is iptools2? I made a post about linux and enet bridging and some one responded with instructions on how to do it but they mentioned something called iptools2 and said that i needed it.
Here is a link to the post http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...325#post509325

What they said:
* iptools2 (ip, etc.) => ftp://ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing/

What is meant by that. I have searched and searched and find lots of non relevent stuff so now i post. Please if any one knows what he means by this will they tell me so that i can try to set this up b4 the weekend is over.

Thanks
