Hi, I wonder if the linux can do the following things for me:
I have a high speed internet at home. Four computers, two with Suse 8.0 pro, one is redhat 7.3 and one is Windows XP. I use xp only because sometimes I play computer games with my friends. All computers are connected with a hub and access to internet through a Linksys router and cable mondem.
Basically most networkable computer games are either through LAN TCP/IP or Local IPX. My friends and I don't like to go public game zone for playing. We like to play locally. From other website, I learn a way to set up a vpn server using my Windows XP Pro and allow my friends to join in and play the games. It works. If any one is interested in it, here is the link to tell you how to set up on windows network:

But there are two problems so far:
1) At any time, this server can only allow one connection from outside. One connection at one time, which means only one of my friend can join in and play with me. No way three persons can play the game at the same time. What a pity!
2) I can't figure out the IPX protocol kind of game. It maybe my fault. I can't figure out the reason. Only TCP/IP games are fine.
So my question is:
Is there any linux software available to set up this VPN server to allow several outside connections join in. In theroy, all outside connections are treated like local computers after login, so we can play any games supporting LAN by TCP/IP or IPX?
Thanks
