vnc - key doesn't work, mouse works

Hi,

I'm running the vnc server in a FC3 machine. I tried connecting to it from Remote Desktop(KDE), TightVNC (Windows) and RealVNC(Linux). In all these cases, the mouse works, but the key board doesn't work. If I press a key, the cursor kinda blinks and then nothing happens! What is happening?
It's very annoying. It's really urgent that I use VNC. Some one please help.

Here is my ~/.vnc/xstartup. I don't know what all those lines really mean, but it works for me. It give me the exact desktop I see if I log in on site.

Code:
unset SESSION_MANAGER
exec /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc

[ -x /etc/vnc/xstartup ] && exec /etc/vnc/xstartup
[ -r $HOME/.Xresources ] && xrdb $HOME/.Xresources
xsetroot -solid grey
vncconfig -iconic &
xterm -geometry 80x24+10+10 -ls -title "$VNCDESKTOP Desktop" &
twm &
Thanks,
Sarav.
