Well, as the message is telling you, 'quit' and 'exit' are invalid users at surtecphils.com.

Looks to me like someone is trying to relay spam from your mailserver, and got a little confused with their SMTP commands. Looks like they tried to end the session whilst postfix was expecting an argument to "RCPT TO:". This may be from a scripted attempt.

Have you ensured your mailserver does not allow relaying from unknown hosts?
