Angry Samba Conectiva 6 and win9x

:smash:
I've been trying to use samba for 2 weeks and I can't. Every day I try to , but I don't know what is happennig !
I'm following the step in a lot of book of linux and network. When I try to start the samba ,it's ok but when I try Samba Status it says:
" nmbd stoped " - (Portugese - nmbd parado)
" smbd stoped " - ( smbd parado)

I've been in smb.conf and stuff

If someone could help me with this problem of samba and advices , I would be very thankful.
Thanks

GUILHERME
