Proliant DL 380 G3 is linux certified ?

Hi,

We are trying to setup a Linux Redhat advanced server on Proliant DL380 G3 server for our new Oracle E-mail server. When we installed the the Advanced server, it is not recognizing the the network card. Red hat and Compaq/Hp says 100% supported hardware for the Red hat Advanced server. Is anybody out there tried this hardware before? Please respond

Thanks in advance
