network configuration GUI based tool in Debian

Hi,

Is there any network configuration GUI based tool in Debian.
So that I can fix the name of DNS server.
I changed it in /etc/network/interfaces, but it seems to have no affect.
(I also did /etc/init.d/networking restart)

Or I will have to reinstall every thing??

In Gnome ... Desktop|Administration|Networking

I am using GNOME 2.8.3

I do not see any option of Desktop|Administration|Networking.
There is only one option in the (pull down menu), which is Desktop preferences.

There is one more option: Network servers. If I click on it,
I get an other window with a computer icon inside it.
I tried all menus, but could not find Administration|Networking..

Please let me know where that option is.
