Re #32.

I have no knowledge of "the theoretical part", no math, no c++ coding and very little knowledge of networking.
It just happens so that I usually can get ns2 to build (compile) OK.
... And can edit simulations https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...Ws?usp=sharing
I can find ns2 information / save information.
I build compilers, and create patches from the issued ns2 c++ code. Examples:
. ns2 patches https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...00?usp=sharing
. The extra Ubuntu compilers https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...Jm?usp=sharing

ns2

. https://groups.google.com/forum/?fro...forum/ns-users
. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/ns2
. https://askubuntu.com/questions/tagged/ns2
ns2 doc https://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/doc/index.html

Re #38.

Ubuntu : If it's the default "Ubuntu" it's a Gnome3 issue.
... I am never using Gnome3. (But MATE (Gnome2) or Kubuntu (KDE4, KDE5).)

Please ask at https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/ubuntu-63/
and https://askubuntu.com/questions
.... Please remember to specify your "Desktop Environment" (Gnome3 ?)

Re #40.

OTcl / Tcl commands : You can start here ....

a. http://www.mathcs.emory.edu/~cheung/...cl-1-vars.html
. https://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/doc/index.html
b. Learning the Tcl language ?
c. Read / search in the current ~3800 Otcl files ...
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tpt...ew?usp=sharing
. Tree https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...Ws?usp=sharing

Searching in all OTcl files for e.g. Hello ... and print a line number :
Code:
$ cd 000-All-examples-5/
$ grep -Rin hello *
Editing the ns2 Hello message ....
https://www.google.com/webhp?hl=all&...en&q=ns2+hello

Good evening sir ,
Thank you very much sir for your help.

Please sir, a question:
for a protocol for example MP-OLSR is what it is necessary to program all the part of the protocol for example when the router makes the selection of its set of neighbor, is what it is necessary to program this selection or the router makes the treatment automatically when we declare the protocol:
set val (rp) MPOLSR
$ ns node-config -adhocRouting $ val (rp)

?

Thank you very much sir, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
