Unhappy Linux server goes into sleep mode?

Can someone please tell me how to keep the server from going into a sleep mode like state. I am using redhat 7.2 with the
power save features disabled. The server works fine for a short while, then goes to sleep or something. If I touch the keyboard, it resumes working fine.
How can I stop this from happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure it's not just your monitor being put into sleep mode?

I found the problem, it was the bios power save option. I should have checked this sooner.
Thanks for your help.
