Hello,

what does "missed" mean? Can't find any documentation.

    link/ether 00:03:1d:0d:90:68 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

               0 0 0 0 474626

I'm not sure, but I think it refers to "missed packets": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Packet_loss

The TCP/IP protocol knows that packet loss is a possibility and is designed to cope with it.

What did you run to get the posted output?

oh, sorry it's
ip -s link show

I assume it's the opposite of dropped, and I understand dropped as "couldn't send packets because of lack of resources"
and missed might be "couldn't receive packets because of lack of resources" as it's in the Tx row.

how do I know what causes the problem?
according to "top" it's not the CPU.

RX-missed

Total of RX packets dropped by the HW, because there are no available buffer (i.e. RX queues are full).

The main reason for full RX queues is a "slow" application, which is not able to process packets in a rate they arrive on interface.

found that on https://stackoverflow.com/questions/...-and-rx-nombuf you can see here too https://serverfault.com/questions/70...-missed-errors

SO basically your system was unable to process those packets
