Angry im ready to shoot someone because of Sendmail...errrr HELP ME!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get this to work for days. Im using mandrake 8.0 and installed the 4 rpm packages for sendmail.

Now i can send mail using PHP (apache). And i can also use outlook from an external machine to send mail out trough sendmail on my linux box.

Now here is the problem! When I or anyone tries to send me an e-mail to my email account it says

<<< 550 5.7.1 <webmaster@snowboardingandstuff.com>... Relaying denied 550 5.1.1 <webmaster@snowboardingandstuff.com>... User unknown

first of all webmaster is an valid account on my linux box and also there is a mail file for it in /ect/mail

second of all i set allow hosts to ALL so relaying shouldn'nt be denied.

Also i am using the sendmail configator in KDE not manually editing the files. I find this easier because it restarts sendmail along with anything that needs to be restarted everytime you change a setting.

IM new at Linux so if anything i wrote doesn't make sence i appoligize. Anything anyone can add im sure would be helpful!
Thanks

Ah also from reading varios tutorials im am under the inpression that sendmail will

1. Send mail..duh (that part works fine)
2. Receive mail sent to it and put it in the appriate mail box. (which deon't work)

and the a program like qpopper is used for fetching mail from the mail boxs.

Is all that correct?
