how to watch linux client machine desktop(activities) from windows machine


i hav one windows machine in which vnc is installed
what i want is to watch the activities of the clients machine, means what site they are working in i mean everything that a client do.

what is the full requirement to accomplish this.

plz explain in detail.

because i am a team leader in Call center and i must now what the clients are doing?
coz most of the time they are doing chating stuff.

then i think vnc is not the tool for you, vnc is more remote control then a watcher.

probably best solution to aid productivity would be to close down the ports that the chat programs are using. Saves you from having to watch em

like gmail chating, yahoo chating etc

remove em from the computers and remove the ability to install any program also works >< lots o work though and not sure how to do it :P in windows
