how to edit/make nameservers to ips?

I have 3 ips up and running on my server.. to add a .NL domain I need to have 2 nameservers. For this I need to create 2.

DirectAdmin has made ns1.technotop.nl and ns2.technotop.nl. But the nameservers must be added to one of my 3 ips.

Where can I create or edit the nameservers, so there working propely?

My ips:
xx.xx.177.145
xx.xx.177.146
xx.xx.177.147

The server is running on linux CentOS.

In order to map nameservers, there must be dns records for themselves, and their names and ips must be put in your domain's record.
