You do this in the file /etc/network/interfaces, add something like:
allow-hotplug eth1
iface eth1 inet dhcp

The document could not be saved, as it was not possible to erite to /etc/network/interfaces.

Chek that you have write access to this file or that enough space is available.

I can not login by root to access this file , how can i give write access to this file in my user?

Thanks a lot

Don't give access to users for system files!
What you do is, login as your user then su to root. (At command prompt, type "su -")
If you need a gui, install sux and use "sux -" instead. Then start your gui-app from commandline.
