How do I mirror of a web server?

Heres my situation:

I have a couple webservers running RedHat 6.2. They are fast enough to handle the load the network gives them, but I would really like to upgrade these things. The problem is that I cannot take them offline.

My thought was to grab another random machine kicking around, and temporarily make that my webserver, while I upgrade the original. My question is, Is there a software package out there that works specifically for making mirror servers so the transfer between these two machines would be exact?? And if so what is it called?

If anyone has any information it would be much appreciated.
thanks!!
