ftp server using red hat 9.

this is preetam. i am implementing ftp server at my job's place . i already samba server ,it's running fine .windows can see linux machine and linux can see windows machine .but my problem is different.
1. i want to schedule everyday data backup from client windows machine to ftp server. so on server i want to see all user names so that i can create folder for each user and give access to particular user and administrator. my domain is different so how can i see alll domain's user list on my ftp server.???
2.how can i map any ftp server's folder to client machine? ...i installed NFS too but what is a next step?
