Dual NIC router for SUSE 9.0

I am trying to set up a DHCP router with SUSE 9.0 and dual NIC's but I am having problems establishing a working internet gateway.
Can somebody refer me to where I may find some good examples of how my network configuration should looK?
I plan on using this box for file sharing, FTP, and HTML server as well.

Can your SUSE box contact the internet?
Can your clients on the inside contact internet?
Have you enabled ipforwarding?
echo 1>/proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

The default setting in linux is not to forward any IP packets.

Start up Yast (found under "system" on the startmenu).
Open up "Network Services" and klick the Routing icon.
You should already have a default wateway configured.
Make sure to check the "Enable IP forwarding option". This should do the trick.
