use postfix

Hi ,

Yeh Sendmail is slow and buggy but more flexible.
As ur home user security shouldnt be that big a issue for choosing between sendmail/qmail!

Did u try this link for qmail tute ?
http://web.infoave.net/~dsill/lwq.html

Anyway why dont u use postfix ? Its as secure and also very fast.
Also very easy to configure!

Regard,
Vipul.

Help on By passing the dafault gateway

My network is set so that it passes via linux as the default gateway in order to reach the WAN - (internet), I have a site I would like to access that does not require to go through the gateway. can I sepcify in linux to accept a specific IP address not to go through the linux as the gateway but just directly to the ISP??

Also have got another question, I want to open ports 5060 and 5061 to allow voip service, which seems to be closed in my linux, how do I do that?

Kindly help, my chat is ckaberia@yahoo.com or ckaberia@gmail.com, or charleskaberia@hotmail.com, I am using a Debian Linux system.
