Create a broadcast storm from a linux box?

I am testing a TACACS server before putting it in to production. I wanted to create a broadcast storm on a test network. What would be the best way to do that either with a live disk or installed distro?

Test Network:
2 Client PC's
1 TACACS+ Server
2 Cisco Switches (3560 and 2950)

Thanks,
Kyle

After thinking about it I thought what better way to flood a network then using windows. I was told about a program called bricks which sends packets from a TX to a RX.

You could ping flood the network's broadcast address for starters:

Code:
sudo ping -f -b x.x.x.255
That certainly seemed to aggravate my network when I just tried it...
